This traditional liqueur is made from the infusion of cherries and raspberries.
The cherry is of a dark red colour, with a tangy taste. It is typically consumed and cooked in both savoury and sweet dishes, as well as raw and  in liquids like syrup, eau-de-vie and herbal tea.
