Cune Blanco is made with a selection of the best Viura vines from the sub-areas of Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa, which combine ideal characteristics for growing vines.

Following cold maceration on skins, the grapes are pressed gently, and the must is transferred into stainless steel tanks where it is fermented at a controlled temperature.
